If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from GOOSCOOTER.com, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date for refund (to your original form of payment only) if qualified (eligibility conditions listed below). GOOSCOOTER will either repair or replace at no charge to you products having defects that are not the result of misuse, customer modification/alterations, or other use other than as intended. Such repair or replacement shall include new or refurbished replacement parts, at our discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models. All shipping, handling, and insurance charges are additional and non-refundable. All returns for non-defective reasons (e.g. customer changed mind, customer error) are subject to a restocking fee up to 30%. This fee does not apply to defective products returned within the first 15 days. For all returns shipping must be prepaid, insured and bear a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label and/or container. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to GOOSCOOTER are the responsibility of the customer. To return a GOOSCOOTER product, please make an RMA slip at http://www.gooscooter.com/order-history, which will be required to ensure proper crediting of your account. We will review your RMA within 24 hours. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted under any circumstances. Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

One Year Limited Warranty:

Each product comes with a One Year Limited Warranty against mechanical defects (limitations and terms below). This warranty only applies to the original owner of a GOOSCOOTER product. And this Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the product. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all warranty claims. If you return your product and the issue is a covered event under the warranty, we will repair the product and return it to you at our cost. If the issue is not a covered event under the warranty, we will provide a quote for repair costs and return shipping costs to you. We reserve the right to use refurbished/comparable value components and products in fulfilling any warranty claim.

Cancellations:

If you have placed an order, it has not yet shipped, and you wish to cancel, please forward your order confirmation to GOOSCOOTER@gmail.com to request cancel. Since the cancellation process may take up to 24 hours, please note that any orders that do ship in the meantime will have to be rejected and/or returned to us. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to GOOSCOOTER are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, if received, the box should remain unopened. Once we receive the returned order, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. Shipping charge is not refundable. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
